The legal system sucks!

Yes I know many people will agree with me! But it's not the way you think! I was hoping for my significant idiot to get some jail time for his drinking and driving to help him learn that daddy won't always be able to bail him out and for him to realize just how serious his mistakes are! The lawyer offered a option of 6 days of jail and probation instead of the 30 days that should be enforced but the judge though that house arrest is better! Don't I get a say in this! Yea now he gets a excuse to lay around the house be lazy and eat all day! Yeah sounds like punishment to me! Sign me up! Hell with the way it's going around here! I want to sign up! I would love to be in there! No screaming, hair pulling, constantly getting hurt because he has no fear child and no hubby! Food is made for you, no plans just sit, catch up on sleep, read a book, meet other women whose life just might make mine look pretty good. Yeah it would get old! But I'd take a weeks vacation! So now here I am sitting here at 4 in the morning because my child will not go back to sleep after waking for the 2nd time tonight so as I am sitting here waiting for him to cry it out. I still have to sleep out here on the couch because he snores and won't sleep on his stomach or sides so that I can sleep in my own bed! I so need a vacation!

Here is my little boy! He will be 8 months soon and he crawled at 5 months, pulled up on furniture at 6 months and now moves along the furniture looking toward open spaces! it won't be long and I will be starting the chasing phase!
