What to do!

Well things haven't been going too well at the apartment lately! My dad's 50th birthday was in May and that day Todd decided to get the party started before he even got there and because of that he receieved his second dui! Well he spent the weekend in jail and until his court hearing he isn't supposed to drink or be in bars. I would like to tell you that he is a extreamly hard worker, he is working two jobs for us right now and clocking in 70 hours a week! But the only problem is that the jobs don't know about his restrictions and have been sending beers back to the kitchen and he drinks them! He gets caught by anyone or called in for a test he's in violation and guarenteed more jail time. but he is still in this denial of I'm never going to get caught mode. Which should be shot out the door since he was caught before! now because he's been doing this he thinks he can venture out more and start going to bars with friends. I must tell you that my dad is the county jail administrater and he is now known by everyone in the entire county! I don't know what to do! I can't make him stop and he won't agree to treatment! I guess I can just hope for the best and that the judge will decide that he needs treatment or jail time because he still isn't taking responsiblities for his actions! Any other ideas?
